I photographed a beautiful wedding yesterday where the bride wore a fun floral and netting headpiece designed by her own sister! This gave me the idea for this weeks “Item of the week!” More and more bride’s are opting for a non-traditional alternative to the classic veil. The veil then becomes a great way to showcase your own unique style as well as pulling in other design and color elements from your wedding decor! This is a great way to personalize your look when you have opted for a more traditional styled gown. Headpieces can be made with anything from florals to feathers and many options can be found on Etsy (and who doesn’t want one more excuse to be on Etsy!)
